Work is well underway on Corporation Road Bridge as contractor Spencer Group have finished their site setup for the major restoration works.
The tarmac surface of the bridge has been planed off and the concrete deck removal has commenced.
Upcoming works:
Over the next few weeks, Spencer Group will be concentrating on breaking down and removing the old concrete. Once this is complete, they will be able to start blast cleaning the steel deck plates.
