Restoration works to Grade II listed structure, Corporation Road Bridge, are progressing.
Grit blasting is continuing on both the sub and superstructure of spans three and four of the bridge. Essential scaffolding and encapsulation works are also being undertaken to the remaining areas of the bridge.
Contractor, Spencer Group, will be working several weekends between now and the end of December to take advantage of low tides and allowing them access to the underside of the bridge.
